Expansion into the Waikato required a large scale workshop with integrated pit & attached two level office.

Large cantilevered overhang protects the workshop from the weather and allows a large turning circle in the workshop yard.

Build by Downey Construction in 2020 with structural and civil by Gray Consulting Engineers.
