Now built by Kit Markin Construction, this received the 2022 Master Builders House of the Year ‘Gold Award’ in Cambridge!

This new home was designed for a retired couple to live comfortably in Cambridge. It was built with sustainable principles and a universal design ethos in mind. Clad in recycled red brick with a contrasting main form using tray cladding, The steep roof pitch gives a touch of drama and allows for high-raked ceilings internally.
