The existing villa was already full of character which was important to retain with the clients need for expansion. Their request was for more garaging, guest accommodation & a small extension to provide an en-suite.

Riverside proposed an ancillary dwelling with additional garaging and careful consideration was taken to ensure that the new works would be of the same workmanship and craft as the villas original construction,
